I have tried with both Windows 7/8 and got the same results both as 7 and 8.1 (probably it could be a policy to test both). When I try to backup my C: drive, the backup will be created but it took a couple hours to complete. (Average CPU: 1minute, 2% to 30% CPU usage (100%) ).
